techniques, Kanban and Six sigma.It is sometimes called extreme project
management.This is a part of the iterative life cycle where the deliverables
are to be submitted in stages.But there is a basic difference between agile and
iterative development.A small portion of the derivable is completed in each
delivery cycle in agile development.Whereas,the iterative method submits the
entire derivable at the end of the project making it more complex.
